ERGOS offers a fully staffed LIVE Desk with three tiers of support to handle your issue fast. The LIVE Desk is available to clients from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. at 713.621.9220 Option 2.

In case of an emergency, you can reach someone after hours and on the weekends through our emergency dispatch service by dialing 713.621.9220 Option 1.

When contacting us about an issue, please let us know the following information:

  • What is the issue?
  • Who is it affecting? One person, multiple folks or the whole company?
  • What applications if any are involved?
  • How quickly do you need it fixed?
  • Who do we contact regarding the issue?

 

ERGOS’ Flat-Fee Worry-Free IT™ provides you with Ultimate Desktop & Server Care where you receive unlimited phone and remote support at no extra charge. With our Standard Desktop and Server Care, LIVE Desk phone and remote support is billed in 15 minute increments. With three tiers of support, your issue is identified and clearly documented. If not resolved by the attending LIVE Desk consultant, your issue will be escalated to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support depending on the complexity of the issue. Our LIVE Desk consultants are highly trained and skilled and include Senior Network Consultants to resolve desktop and server issues efficiently.
