Based on a per machine monthly fee, you receive important protection to ensure that your network performance is optimized, your network is protected from viruses and spam, your data backup solution is managed properly and the risk of downtime is minimized greatly and managed responsibly.

Standard Desktop Care includes daily monitoring of backup and restores while Standard Server Care includes monthly testing of backups with restores. If dangerous conditions exist on your server, we notify you about them, such as low memory, hard drive showing signs of failure or running out of disk space, controllers losing interrupts and network cards reporting unusual collision activity. Standard Care includes phone and remote suport billed in 15 minute increments.
For a low fee per month, you receive personalized service from a team of experienced consultants and a Lead Consultant assigned to your account. In essence, you receive the knowledge of 20+ engineer consultants who follow best practices for the benefit of your productivity and to provide you with cost savings.
