ERGOS started as a staffing company in 1997. Over the years we have developed an extensive database of over 16,000 applicants. Businesses tell us they are impressed with our candidates and keep coming back to us for their staffing needs.

Pre-screening – We never present resumes of candidates that we have not personally interviewed. All candidates are interviewed at our offices first so that we can begin the process with real face time.

Testing for Technology Skill – Our technology tests are the ERGOS advantage and our secret weapon. Since we use our own Staffing Division to hire our employees, our Senior Network Consultant Manager and Senior Application Development Consultants developed our technology tests for all of our technology candidates. These are high level tests encompassing everything from hardware to software. Our tests tell us where our candidates stand on the spectrum of technology skills – it identifies real weaknesses and strengths so that we know what positions they can excel in. Being a technology company ourselves, our tests are the real deal. Our tests surpass standard tests.

Testing for Non-Technical Positions – We provide non-technical testing on a case by case basis for clients.

Criminal Background Checks – We only present to clients those candidates who have passed a criminal background check.

Prescreening Checks – We also offer other prescreening checks such as credit checks, motor vehicle reports, social security checks, education and work verification.

Drug Screening – All of our candidates have to pass a pre-employment drug screening test.

Knowledge Base System – ERGOS’ other secret weapon is our Knowledge Base System. Every email, every communication, everything that occurs regarding a candidate and our clients is documented into our software system available to all of our Staffing Consultants. Being able to collaborate and share information internally on each candidate and client with complete historical data and reminders allows us to provide our clients and candidates with complete, accurate and up-to-date information. Equally important, it provides invaluable support for our selection process.
