Without dispatching an ERGOS' consultant onsite, our LIVE Desk can provide live support to remotely solve your issue quickly.
With three tiers of support, your issue is identified and clearly documented. If not resolved by the attending LIVE Desk consultant, your issue will be escalated to Tier 2 or Tier 3 support depending on the complexity of the issue. Our LIVE Desk consultants are highly trained and skilled and include Senior Network Consultants to resolve desktop and server issues efficiently.
How to Set Up Remote Support
Let your ERGOS Consultant know that you are interested in remote support. Your ERGOS consultant will get the ERGOS Icon installed on your company’s choice of workstations automatically. Likewise, our LIVE Desk can help any of your users install it or install it for them.

How It Works
The ERGOS Icon is a simple download. The ERGOS icon will rest in your system tray found at the right hand bottom of your monitor. When you need help with an issue, RIGHT click on the icon and choose “E-Mail ERGOS.”

A window will open like the one below. You complete it with:

Your name

Whether you have rebooted or not
-
Provide a short description of the issue

Indicate urgency
-
Say whether others are having the same issue
-
Indicate applications involved if any
-
Best way to contact
-
Phone or email
Click Submit and we will have the information instantly.
Our LIVE Desk can respond within minutes!
By providing you with this form, we are helping you to help us solve your issue fast!
If a remote control session is necessary, a LIVE Desk Consultant will contact you and ask you to RIGHT click the ERGOS Icon again, select ERGOS Support and to select one of the Sessions listed as shown here.

Once you select the Session, our LIVE Desk can then see your desktop and literally “see” the issue you need resolved!
Remote Support Fees
With our Ultimate Desktop Care available through a Managed Services agreement, you receive unlimited phone and remote support at no extra charge. Otherwise, our LIVE Desk support is billed in 15 minute increments.
